Ontero services are intended for use in connection with business or professional activity. These Terms do not exclude mandatory laws that may apply to a particular User or Client.
The Terms are made available free of charge before the contract is concluded in a manner that enables them to be saved, reproduced, and retained.
Using Ontero means acceptance of the Terms to the extent that the user makes the declaration required to start using a given service.

During registration the Operator may require, in particular:

A change of Organisation Administrator may be made by the Operator upon a written request from the Organisation, submitted from an address or in a manner allowing the Client to be identified.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of data provided during registration and for keeping it up to date.
§5
Trial period and use of the paid service
After an Organisation is created, the Client receives a 14-day trial period.
The trial period generally covers the full functionality of the System available in the current version of the service.

A pro forma invoice is not a VAT invoice.
After payment is recorded, the Operator issues the proper VAT invoice in accordance with applicable law.
The Operator may in the future make available other payment methods or billing models. Their introduction may require an appropriate change to the Terms or commercial terms.
Failure to pay on time may result in restriction or blocking of access to the System.
§6
Conclusion and termination of the agreement
An agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded:
a. for free services – upon creation of an Account and commencement of use of the System,
b. for the paid service – upon the Client’s acceptance of the commercial terms presented by the Operator.

The Client is obliged to have an appropriate legal basis for entering data into the System and using them.

In particular, when contacting technical support, the Client should provide only information necessary to resolve the reported issue.
If a ticket requires a screenshot, document, or other attachment, the Client should, where possible, remove excess data.

After use of Ontero ends, Organisation data may remain stored for up to 2 years, which is intended to enable, among other things, restarting the service and handling matters related to ended cooperation.
The Client may request a data export or deletion, taking into account legal obligations and data necessary to establish, pursue, or defend claims.
Data in backups may not be deleted at the same time as the active database. They are deleted or overwritten in accordance with the retention cycle of the infrastructure used.
